The effects of the Surile brothers wine ( drain intelligence and agility ) are stuck on my character and no amount of time or prayer at the temple will remove them. Is there a natural way to fix this bug? A console command?
Or are there any mods that allow you to delete effetcs?

you could try a dispel effect? If that doesn't work then I don't know
