» Tue Apr 02, 2013 11:32 am Here's what I've done so far, based on the properties of other Housecarl Actors, (specifically Jordis The Sword-Maiden):
- I've given her the traits and behaviour of other housecarls.
- I've created a Relationship with the Player as her ally.
- I've made her part of all the Factions you'd aspect her to belong to, even creating a "WinterholdHousecarlFaction" just for her.
- I've tried to have her perform routine actions through the basic housecarl sandbox package at first, then by crafting her own personal schedule.
- I've placed a few Idle Markers around to see if she'd respond to anything.
She always spawns in the very same spot and never interacts with anything. Her dialogues work, though: she adresses me as her Thane, offers to follow me, trade things with me and anything that goes with, but she never moves. The best she manages to do is draw and sheathe her weapons. I did catch her sleeping once, but I think it was with her old sandbox package. Anyway, when I woke her up, she just stood idle by her bed. I've recently tried enabling the Amazing Follwer Tweaks mod: again she says everything right, but then does nothing right. I've told her to dance for me once, and she stood still... after a while she began to dance and never stopped! In another occasion I've tried living the house and she spawned outside, following me, though she never kept up. Yet, when I went back in, she was gone for good, and never spawned again anywhere at all.
I really hope somebody can help, I hope it's just a silly oversight of mine, but I fear not. Still, the whole point of my Mod, was to have a Thane House with a Housecarl in.
