winterhold, riften and Windhelm : V

Are there mods that make them bigger? Windhelm looked very incomplete and small and riften is just, similar. Comparing to markarth, whiterun and solitude, windhelm and riften looked underdeveloped thanks to 11.11.11

Additionally, any new mods that enhance winterhold/rebuild winterhold besides expanded winterhold ruins(forgot the name)
