I have that feature implemented in a *kind of* separate esp right now. (By *kind of* I mean there are a few other features/tested effects in it.) Would you care to test it for me? If so, please PM me in case I don't wander back into this thread for a while.... :hehe:

Look's great even if there aren't many updates, I am eagerly awaiting the first realease. If you are interested in any play testers I am keen to help (And maybe get a preview) If you don't respond soon I will PM you with my request.

Right now I'm a bit sidetracked on a mod that allows you to poison your weapons with potions...it's a separate mod, but I've been making it with this in mind. They will play nicely together. My only suggestion is (I don't script at all, so I don't know if this would be simple) having blocking detract from fatigue, so if you block too much you can get knocked down, etc.

TBH, I've not done much with this for a bit now. Between some of my other projects, and trying to buy a house, my modding time has been minimal. However, don't get discouraged. I always go in cycles with my pursuits. Right now I'm in the "web design" stage, which is the stage in which GHF was created in the past and some of the other sites I've built or maintained. The "scripting" stage is usually right on the heels of this one. ;)


As it is right now, you can only block for a certain duration. After a few seconds, the enhancement to your block skill will begin to quickly decrease until it is non-existent. When your shield gets hit, this quickens. It is also dependent upon your fatigue level.

What I mean to say is that this looks like an absolutely brilliant mod and I will surely use this if and when.
I was a bit worried about a few features, until I read that it will be fully customisable, and as such I don't think I have any suggestrions at all....
Could it be the perfect mod??

Flig is the mod master! I just moved into a house myself, how's the house aquiring coming along?


You take your time on this Flig as I know moving into a new home svcks a lot of time, also you need to give me time to find out where in all my boxes from moving my copy of morrowind is at anyhow. :P

Plus buy a new desk, set up me PC, test to see how it faired during the move, ect.

Ugh, moving svcks!

I originally said that Flig is the "mom master"... though he may be that too, it doesn't apply here. :lol:

I'm really wondering how this project is going. It's been a while since it was last updated so I was just wondering if you needed any extra hands in the project since I am looking for a Morrowind Project or if you need any outside help. Since you are moving and what not I figured you might need it. Just PM me. I would be glad to help Flig. ;)

I haven't spent a whole lot of time working on this directly; I have done various "auxiliary" mods that will be incorporated though. I've also done a lot more planning, worked out mechanics and such. Progress is being made, albeit slow and steady.

Progress, slow or fast, is still progress, and I would prefer the slow and steady method vs. the fast and careless method anyday. I, and I'm sure everyone else here, appreciate all that you bestow upon us, as you have helped and continue to help make Nirn a true home away from home. :foodndrink:

This really does sound like another fantastic mod from the busily scripting hands of Fliggerty.

If NPCs can surrender does that mean you can take their stuff without killing them (via companion share perhaps)? "I give up, please take anything you want and just let me go."

What happens to quest goals if the Big Bad yeilds, but you need him dead? I can still murder him, of course, but it'd be nice if capture or a promise to leave the area would work too. I realize this may be way too complicated since quests differ so much. It's one thing cleaning out a bandit infested cave near your stronghold and quite another to assassinate the other Stronghold owners.

And if a bounty/reward type of system is implemented later on, I will finally have a use for those nice dungeon cells...
