(WIP) Morrowind Rebirth: Quests and dialogue

This is just a mod which plans to make the new NPCs added in by Morrowind Rebirth less generic and to add new quests in the new locations which are added by trancemaster.

This is going to be a seperate add-on and I plan a release at least once per version. I will start in Seyda Neen and my first quest for the mod will surround the keep. :)
