I like the first screen, looks good. :goodjob: What about the second screen.. it looks unusual, as for me. Heh.

Sorry that's my bad. Indoor shots always come out to dark. So I over adjusted it and it seems to have removed the depth. Very good artistic eye to catch. I'll pay more attention from now on.

All screens are wip's. So the textures will change. So if you don't like something or can think of an improve, now is the time to say so. :brokencomputer:

The wooden beams supporting this building don't match the walls and/or floor, I think they look to be made of a wood which is of much too low a grade.
Understandable, given that the texture for those beams is (I believe) the same as that which is used for the shacks in the game. It might be worth your time to redirect the meshes to look for a different, more appropriate, wood texture - I'm not sure that there's a way to make a texture which will complement both this tileset and the other places that it is used... Not without compromising one, the other or both.

Looks nice otherwise, though I'd be inclined to go for a hue+brightness closer to the original for the walls. :)
Not sure how much your brightening adjustments to the screenshots threw off the colours though.

Will comment on the other pictures later, if that's okay. :)

I like the textures you chose for the roads and I like that second picture in the opening post. The bricks on the ground are well done.

I think Headless Wonder makes the best buildings. She was very restricted in vibrant morrowind as it was suppose to be vibrant. She can make some clear and outstanding textures. This was only a first draft, More of a place holder for what she wanted to do. I agree that the stone floor is professional looking.

I really liked the wood interior of the ship, looks great. Just curious, but will you have a replacer for tx_imp_archdoor.dds (the arched wooden door with 2 iron crossbraces)? I've been looking for a decent replacement for that for ages that stays pretty close to the original design. Thanks.

Wow, the Hlaalu architecture looks gorgeous! I am forced to agree with Earth Wyrm about the wood, though. More contrast in the hues would do wonders for the color scheme.

Really like the interior of the ship. The Hlaalu interior seems too lightly colored, but that might be just because I'm more used to seeing browns. The wooden beams seem fine to me, personally. Also wondering if you'll be ahving that arched imperial door retextured...I can't find a retexture for it for the life of me. (If someone knows where one is please give me a link to where its located.)

There is one pretty nice texture for it in HeadlessWonders' "http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=4549", but I prefer the original design with the 2 iron crossbars.

For me, grass on the first sshot is a bit too much, on the second it looks like scum at swamps but I have noticed that it's not looking that way at more distance, you could change it a bit. It's just constructive criticism, dont get it in the bad way ;)
Anyway, your textures are g r e a t ;) keep up the good work

It could just be the screenshot. Did you view the large size? It looks like a leafy ground-cover type plant to me. I don't see swamp scum.

Yes I make them. Normal resolution. I don't believe in over sized texture that almost stop the game,Just so you can look at a tree. There are tons of good mods that can use that memory.
P.S. I see people are still posting in the world retexture thread.

Very stark yet alive like a fossilised world crawling just underneath the surface with serpentine lizards entwined between hardened wood as they feast on stone eating termites. Thanks for the preview.

Yes..my name..again but never who i I am.

These textures really enhance the volcanic ashy nature of MORROWIND. I like the darker dryer looking plant in Skydye1142.jpg as if its older and dryer then the other greenish plants as if having lived more years and gone through more wear and tear.

Lost all my textures. I was moving some textures yesterday and my computer crashed with a serious problem the warning said. I now all my textures are lost forever and this seems to be what the game left behind.

http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v470/skydye/new%20project/?action=view¤t=default0001.jpg

So now I'm going to have to reload Morrowind and start all over.
