Seeing as my game is full of saves and wild mods that LOOT is telling me is not good (about 13 warnings over the 8 dirty mods) and the feel of the game being ruined by the bugs the numerous mods have given me, i wanna start compltely fresh and get only the mods i NEED, not the mods that may cripple the game. can someone help me out here?

How do i start complewtely fresh? Do i just delete every save in the game, uninstall every mod, and uninstall reinstall skyrim?
