Wishlist for TES:V Skyrim

So now that TES: V has been announced and is confirmed as taking place in Skyrim we can have a real wishlist thread for it! What do you want to see in TES V?

Me;
-werewolves, werebears and wereboars: all are lore correct for skyrim and after 5 years of developtment atleast one of these should be available.

-more than 8 voice actors, I only noticed recently that every character in oblivion had the same voice depending on race/gender, atleast give main characters their own voices.

-all the races, I know they'll all be available but I'm worried Bethesda will leave races such as argonians out because skyrim will be "too cold"

-morrowind style enviroments, I mean as in each region of the game having it's own look like ashlands were distinct from bitter marsh region which was distinct from the grazelands whilst oblivion was just different trees and tilesets for each area, eg. Colovian highlands were only distinct from heartlands because it had different trees, more yellow textures and was hilly.

-morrowind style cities, as in open cities with truly distinct architecture and stuff, more aesthetic stores like jewellery stores, clothiers, pawnbrokers, didn't see too many of these in oblivion

-more varied creatures, like morrowind had practically double oblivions.

-populated roads, I want to see caravans, merchants, wanderers, adventurers. Not just the occasional imperial legionnare and marauder.

-populated cities, in oblivion the cities to me felt like they had about 20 people in them.

-varied waterlife, not just slaughterfish!!! Atleast some damn horkers atleast.

-wildlife, like birds, butterflies, foxes,

-more unique weapons and armours, like in morrowind which had tons of unique looking weapons and armours. My morrowind artifact collection put oblivions to shame, with it's meager collection of about 20 unique models compared to morrowinds atleast 50.

-better characters. More hairstyles, more eye colours, better body models, real facial hair NO TONE SLIDERS! My character wants a beard! Not some black smudge!!! Oh and the option to make a character look half decent easily without mods or spending an hour on the race menu.

My wishlist is going to be rather limited at this point. Having played every Elder Scrolls game ever made, I have to admit Oblivion started losing its appeal to me. I only ever played it all the way through 1 time, which if you knew my record on Elderscrolls games, that is pretty amazing. I probably played Daggerfall and Morrowind for years before uninstalling.
So here goes, these are what I thought was lacking in Oblivion. Just bringing these things back would go a long way to making this a really great game/series again.

1. Replayability.... No more becoming Archmage of the Mages guilds when you can't even cast a single spell.
2. Multi Quest completion. This is a big one. I think I shelved Oblivion for a week after one of the quests where I only had one way to end the quest that was COMPLETELY against what my character would do. Why would my female assassin care one bit if an all girl gang were robbing the men who were willingly cheating on their wives? My character would have probably offered to JOIN them, not kill them all off.
3. Please implement monster-leveling similar to Fallout 3. That is SO much better. Just make them harder. It was pretty hard to understand why even the lowly village bandits were running around in full daedric armor eventually. Or that goblins inhabited a cave one day, then vampires, then daedra, then ...
4. As long as its easily modable, I don't care about the compass and such... That can be changed within minutes if I don't like it, but at least add in the directions to the characters dialogue. I should never be told to go pick up something from so and so without ever being told where they will be, but just expected I will follow my quest marker.
5. Bring back exploration. The BEST thing about morrowind was just the ability to just be wandering a long a find a cave and explore it and actually find that the cave had a story to it.... maybe you found a journal or some other little unique quirk that made you feel like you actually discovered something. Instead the locations in Oblivions just felt like random spawns, probably a lot due to the problem I described in #3.
6. Bring back LORE. Trying to discover what happened so long ago and piece together a puzzle was EXCITING.
7. Watch the frequent repetition of tasks. If I am out just exploring the countryside, doing my own thing I don't always want another Oblivion gate popping up out of nowhere. It got to the point where I didn't care to even bother closing them anymore. I was busy exploring a ruins at the moment.
8. Add in a touch of evil to your choices for once. Not all of us are playing the goody two shoes type hero. There is a lot to be said for the anti-hero type. Take a note from the witcher games on this one. Just because the person might be saving the world, doesn't mean they are always a nice guy about it. Even a necromancer who could care less about the imperial city STILL might have wanted to save the world from a Daedric invasion too.

9. Finally.. and this kind of goes a long with #8. Bring back more of the Sandbox feel. I don't want to feel rushed from location to location because something terrible is always happening behind me. If I just want to spend some time practicing spells and rising in the ranks of the local mages guild I shouldn't have to feel that if I don't hurry a long to the next step of the main quest, that some innocent bag of kittens will be thrown in the river.

Ok... those are my 2 cents.. Just some concerns that made me doubt the direction of the elder scrolls series. Hopefully, they were merely oversights and Skyrim won't have these problems.

i'm going to agree with a lot of what Falmer said. I just want to add a few other things to the wish list:

1.) Get rid of the Gamebyro engine and the havok engine. they're both old, and causing problems. all I'm going to say about it.
2.) Give us some more choices in designing our characters like you guys did in Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas.
3.) Fix the companion issues. Yeah, sure it was great having the ability to choose from multiple followers, but there just isn't much challenge if you are able to recruit all of them at once and run around with a full squad.
4.) This has already been said by others on here, but it is important: LEVEL THE MONSTERS!!!!!! don't make the goblins in the lvl 1 cave suddenly turn into deadra just because I hit lvl 20. Give me lvl 20 goblins.
5.) Bring back some the old spells. Levitation was fun.
6.) Level the spells. Make it so that as you use a spell, you become better with it, not just with the spell class it belongs to. i.e., if I cast fireball a lot, then not only should my Destruction Class raise, but so should the stats for the fireball spell itself. maybe it can be cast faster, or with less mana, or just gets stronger.
7.) fix the leveling system. drop the whole "raise your main skills, and you gain a level." can we just go back to creatures, actions, and quest completion giving us exp? then let us deicde how we want to spend any lvl points? Maybe I don't want my Armor skill to go up right now, i want to do that on the next lvl increase so that I can focus on my sword skill.
8.) Also said before, but I'll say it again: DON'T RUSH ME!!!!! i like sandboxs. I like having the ability to spend two months of real time just wandering around the game world. If I want to do a main, side, or random quest, then i will, or instead, maybe today I just feel like looking at the flowers and killing deer. Don't make the choice for me.
9.) more voice actors.
10.) More freedom to be good/neutral/evil and more dialog and action choices based on those.

I want companions with back stories and their own quest lines and having romance dialogue with them.
