I think Bethesda should contract a third party to create a Fallout game in line with the originals.
Old mechanics.
Old map node system.
Old isometric bird eye view.
And old turn-based system.
Only certain NPC's have talking heads and voices.
The game would be around FO2's size, maybe bigger, maybe smaller, but it would be a far smaller project than a "full sized game".
It would allow Bethesda to collect royalties, a third party to create a Fallout game, and a low budget project to test and see how well an isometric TB game would fare.
Game would be sold for 299 kronors/29.9 USD.
Unless they do something like this we simply don't have any [censored] clue as to whether or not a fully isometric TB game would be successful or not.
But to say that an isometric TB game would not sell well is not fact, it's merely theory, no true facts to back it up as far as I've seen.
I don't generally buy sports games but I bought Skate 2 and had tons of fun with it.
So who knows, maybe tons of the newer gaming generation will be more open to the idea of a TB game than we think.
auld scad No but you did mention age difference which is very condescending, like; "I'm older than you are, you're just a teen, therefor you don't have enough life experience to fully discuss this subject at hand."
Might not have been your intention but people interpret things differently, and bringing up age differences is a crap argument that brings forth flamebaiting and thread locks, very unnecessary.
