I said no because the climbing skill has been confirmed to not be in the game, I'd rather not have levitation back unless it constantly and rapidly drains levitation so that you can only fly maybe 50 feet in the air and 30 feet in any direction before you run out of magicka so it can't be abused in combat or just flying over all of Skyrim so you can ignore getting attacked like you could in Morrowind. The rest were pretty big noes because size manipulation doesn't really fit the lore for a mortal to do, the tracking ones make a little more sense but I'm not sure if I would want them because that would just be one of the spells I spam on myself in a dungeon so I can't be in danger from traps and finally, shapeshifting is a big no seeing as how only dragons and Ayleid's have the ability to shapeshift. Though there have been a few people that have learned how to in the past, the vast majority of the world does not know how. Probably the only people that know how to do it in Skyrim is if Divath Fyr lived and of course the Ayleid's that still live in the forests of Cyrodiil hiding from the public eye.

In daggerfall they were a faction. And actually a very cool one. One that fits very well into Skyrims setting imo.
