I've beaten the game a few times and I know that after you finish you cannot play on. Do any of the DLCs change this?

nope, they all need to be beaten pre hoover damn battle

So yes, the game still ends.

at first this upset me but after a while its nice to has something to do after nothing else left + hoover damn battle is great fun if all want todo is kill buncha goons
