I really don't know anything about PC so im guessing that these things are fixed by the user with "commands", but do these bugs cause long term damage? Like so virus' ?
Thanks for your time

My game runs fine with 100+ mods, high res texture mods, enbs series, and other graphical overhauls.
It's not the mods themselves necessarily that cause crashing/instability. People don't always install them correctly or take the necessary steps afterwards.
There can be a mariad of reasons why mods crash a game. Modding takes patience. You really need to take the time to read up on everything.
Read the author pages. Often people just throw them in and expect them to work. How much you can mod your game depends on your PC.
REad up on proper modding. Watch youtube videos. ALot of good resources out there. It just takes some patience.
there aren't more bugs on PC than console.. actually, there are usually a bit less on PC thanks to the unofficial patches which are a community project trying to fix all the bugs beth never bothered with (meaning, bugs are fixed on the PC that will never be fixed on your 360)
most people who get crashes because of mods do so because they are somewhat careless, just randomly throwing in anything that looks even semi-interesting without looking if it conflicts with another, or not properly sorting their load order..
console commands can potentially create a bug or two if careless on what you use, but no nothing like a virus.. a virus is a malicious program meant solely to harm ones computer, console commands are nothing like that..
Console Commands are debugging tools, the devs used them when making and testing the game.. they left this feature in for PC players to make it so testing mods are a bit easier.. but if you know the proper commands, it can be used to fix near any bug that you would experience on your 360 (say your playing on your 360, and a quest glitches or an NPC doesn't spawn. well in the 360, unless you have an earlier save there is nothing you can do.. with PC, you can type in a line or two and it will usually fix it)..
the console commands can also be used as cheat codes if one wished, adding just about any equipment, perks, etc.. but i advise against using them like that.
