...I wonder if we'll get foreign languages again? They've been working on NPCs doing daily work routines and such to make them seem more "alive", giving them more lines of casual dialogue, etc etc. Lots of effort spent on the voice acting in particular.

I guess depending on your character's skills in the language you would get increasingly complete subtitles. Or something.

pretty much every one on tamriel speaks Cyrodiilic, since the Empire used to own everything

The only other used languages are Dunmeri and Jel



I guess if you are referring to Daggerfalls language skills, I wouldnt expect those to come back
