So last night I witnessed my first "major glitch" while playing FO:NV. I was in the train tunnel just NW of Raul's Shack that finishes just SSE of Field's Shack. In the tunnel there is 1 corridor leading to, well, I dont know because trying to enter said corridor, I would fall through the floor and teleport to NNW end of the tunnel. Over and over I tried to jump it, hug the wall, etc. Still the magic pitfall ate me up each time.

Now today while playing...my gameplay screen is hazy/foggy/fuzzy, whatever. And its only that screen. PiPboy is perfect, Pause menu. Opening title, you name it, all except the gameplay screen, ie. 1st person. WTF?!
