I already bought the Wizard's Tower Official MOD, but having problems if I us it, after going to the tower.

Like NOT being able to enter the Market District proper; not via entrances, not via Fast Travel, not via COC code.

The ONE time I did get into the Market District, I cannot get into the Mystic Emporium, it is ALWAYS closed.

Can't even COC into the into The Merchants Inn and try to exit via door.

Crash to desktop every time.

Note that otherwise Oblivion is crash-free.

Is there a newer version than the DLCFrostcrag.bsa of 4/14/2006 I have
