I thought this material type was removed from the game o.0 also looks rather awesome on my female bosmer level 17 now ^.^

what level before soem one may spawn with a helm ?? also its ratehr heavy :/ what can i do to incrrease my inventory im tryign train blade but i cant get close enough to any one for sneak attacks because the second tehy turn aroudn they see me ( i have 92 security and at least 75 -90 sneak)

Why did you think Ebony armor was removed? It starts spawning at level 15.

You can increase your encumbrance by raising your Strength attribute. And honestly, there's no reason why you should be getting caught if your sneak is that high, as it ignores your armor and whether or not you're walking or running at 75+. As long as you're not right in front of your opponent in light, you should literally never be seen.

Ebony helms can appear as early as any other ebony armor but they are rare. Umbra packs one and often they can be found on Marauder warlords.
