G.E.C.K. won't install

So everytime I try to install the GECK the installer stops working and crashes, I have no clue what the problem could be.

Where are you trying to install it?

Hint, not in Program Files or Program Files (x86)

well the problem it as soon as I start up the installer it crashes not the installation path.
