ok I've finished the main quest the first one for sentinel. But for some reason I have no option to go on the next quest which would be the one about the painting. The wiki said I have to be level 5 and I'm level 7 and it has been 2 months sinse I did the last quest. one thing of not would be I still have the journal entry in my notes about meeting the underkings agent.

Reputation with the law is also important. This has to be slightly above 0 for the nobles to trust you.

This means the quest is still incomplete. What does those notes say exactly?

but I completed the quest the other notes from the quest disappeared but this one didnt'

Hmm could be a bug. That happened to me once with a Fighter's Guild quest, the journal entry didn't disappear. I had to re-load.

They don't pile up things on you. Just hang around the major powers doing quests and getting popular. When you have some reputation, they'll be in touch.
