LR wont be released this month : Fallout: New Vegas

The sad thing is I predicted it coming out in September in the Lonesome Road release date thread(or some other one), and now I think we would be lucky if it comes out next month and not my other prediction....next year. So that means mister Bergman you guys got to make it up to fans, do some updates that open up some building or the sewers or something OR 2 more dlc so we can keep playing the game.

Maybe because it was unprofessional for someone as high up on the chain as him? Maybe because being called 'paranoid' when we are now discovering was completely justified was preposterous and completely rude? When you represent a company such as Bethesda, you can't take the risk to have something come back and bite you in the ass such as this because it just undermines your credibility and makes you look like an idiot and yes, I personally think an official apology would have been nice from someone acting so unprofessional.

I also think we deserve a better screencap than something that looks like it was pulled from any number of Fallout games. How quaint, we get a picture of a decimated road filled with rubble and concrete. Not like the entirety of the Fallout WORLD isn't filled with that. It doesn't even seem relevant that image is so vague.

Honestly, your making this too personal and its sad.

HAH! This is Bethesda, they won't make it up to the fans. 75% of them want to continue playing after Hoover Dam, that won't happen. This DLC was slated (according to Jason) to come out months ago, and it hasn't. They won't open up new buildings and god lord there's no way we'll get more DLC's, they'll only ever release this set of numbers and if we're extremely lucky, they'll actually be released to play!

You dont nessaserily deserve it , because there are a lot of upsides to this too, such as
You could build a new character for the up and coming dlc
We are getting a coulple new, new vegas items (please don't just let it be avatar items, please make it something material or in game related)

And if you make it a memorial day release (Please do) Im a seior in high school, so I will have that day off so I can do an all-nighter on the threads, which is always fun

As a consumer, I have a right to make it as personal or unpersonal as I want seeing as it's my money being spent here, I deserve to have solid numbers and dates

Things happen, and this point, what has happened was TOTALLY unforseen, this is not the fault of Neither Bethesda nor Obsidian entertainment, so stop passing the blame on them like it's some evil conspiracy to torture people because they cant play 4-5 extra hours of New Vegas :shakehead:

I'm getting sick of being in the dark about this. But hey, at least I'm not as bad as the commentors over on the Fallout Wikia. They're calling for literal blood and his resignation over there.

But they have no reason to lie. Jason Bergman was rigidly confident it'd be released, this is showing that Bethesda was straight pressed for soon releasal of Lonesome Road this month. And Jason isnt that high on the Bethesda food chain, he's pretty much PR to the gamers. So him being resigned wouldnt change anything. People need to just chill the bloody hell down and try to behave as advlts, not 12 year olds who cant go out past curfew.
