no matter how old or how important he maybe he is still human and there for lying is in the dna every body lies so yes he is telling ue the truth that somthing has happened but as for he cant tell us or theres nothing he can do i dont think he is telling the truth there always somthing that can be done the dlc is finished

Here's the thing about being a consumer, they are told something is coming, and it all depends on if the consumer in large numbers will buy it. If the consumer feels f&&ked over, the numbers of purchase will drop. Which will hurt their sales, a lot of people already complain about Bethesda and how they've run New Vegas and actually stopped buying it and it's dlc's. This is less money in their pocket. You act like you don't have the first clue about what it's like to be a consumer. If I'm told something is coming out at a certain time, I expect it to be there.

I'm guessing he says that cause picture it this way:

You took two bullets to the head while laying on the ground with your hands tied, if it's at the fort, he meets a similar fate. Wraps up the revenge hunt quite nicely.

I have an answer, but there's no way I'm tempting fate again by answering that question. The skies would open up and some horrible disaster would befall someone to prevent it from coming true.
