Hi, when I try to run this game in 1280x720, it changes res to 1080p 30hz

When I select all resolutions it runs fine, including 1080p 60Hz

But I want to run the game in 720p, for some reason when I apply this res it goes to 1080p 30hz and I cant get it to run at 720p 60Hz, any suggestions please?
