Woodchopping is so tedious.

I wish it was like a minigame where you chop it yourself. Rather than me having to sit there watching my character do it.

In a game with dragons, dungeons, beautiful city's and combat and magic, you are disappointed about wood chopping?

Made me smile.

Yes, I do need money to buy the weapons/spells to go to the dungeons.

I find the lack of mini-games a bit dissapointing, tell me if I'm wrong because I might of missed some or all of it.

After killing 40+ dragons, doing 60+ dungeons, and unlocking almost all perks across 3 characters, and seeing alot oh sightseeing. Ya sure, a couple of mini-games wouldn't hurt, except people have to sneer at the mention of it.

Just that you can do it is enough for me.

This is more of an immersive touch than a feature. Something that doesn't really do much, but is nice to have. I like being able to do the same things the NPCs can do, it makes me feel like I'm in the same world as them.

Card games or dice. Some form of gambling might be good.

The forced third person animations really svck in my opinion. Not because the animations are poor but because it really pulls you out of your character. Mods mods mods.

Then you probably wouldn't like splitting logs at the mill either, lol.

Heck, if chopping wood was something we had control over, then we'd probably get perks for it! "Your axe speed will increase by 15%", "You can now chop two different types of wood!", "Your wood chopping is so great, you now get extra money for it!"

They are saving the mini game for TES VI

But seriously, they should have made it so that in 3rd person it happens automatically but if you switch to first you have control. Best of both worlds.

I suppose its up to the modding community...

You know what? I agree with you. Apparently you can mine ore without having to go through the animation (haven't tested this myself, so I'm not sure), and it would be great to be able to do something similar with chopping wood. I've resigned myself to just never doing it again unless it's necessary for a quest, though. It's cool that I can do it, but I've just become too impatient to deal with the animation in light of all of the amazing things that I can do in this game.

Just play Fable, there are your minigames.

Omg, you're the Dragonborn your job is to kill [censored] dragons.

Bad argument. If that were the case, there should be absolutely nothing to do in the game except the main quest.

Fable: It is your job to stop a corrupt man from building the spire (2) or your job to stop your brother and stopping the apocolypse (3). Want minigames, play [enter any game with mini games, which any game still will make your argument a bad one].

Don't :flamethrower: the OP. He has a point:

Okay, as much as I hate to compare this game to Fable, as Fable is not the same level as Skyrim, but it DOES have interesting minigames for things such as woodchopping. Maybe the minigames would be a good addityion... Who knows?
