Where are you? Because here in the UK I think ZOS already factored in BST when they released their start times. 7am EDT would be 11am GMT, but is 12 noon BST, which is the advertised time for us to start.

EDIT: But yeah I get that if you had forgotten the time change it is still 1 less hour to you, relative to what you had thought
