An exclusive collection of items, it's open to interpretation most CE state exclusive items and or features, but using the word collection could mean that any or all items could be made available at some stage or unlocked during gameplay for the race as a single item not breaking their claim of exclusive collection maybe it's just me being burnt on SWTOR CE "store vendor updated regularly" that I noticed the wording.
