I know of a work around to be able to get past the borders.

You go to the skyrim.ini file and under the general section type "bBorderRegionsEnabled=0" that will disable the borders.

Now I just need some help putting that into a mod, or if someone could put that in a mod and throw it on bethesda.net for everyone to use.

The mod should be for Xbox One since it is easier to use the workaround in the PC version, which I have
