I am new to the forum, so I don't know if anyone else have figured out this work around. and It is not always permanent but temporary ( these files will glitch up more than a missingNo in pokemon ).

For people who are being frozen out of the game right after hitting "Load Vault" and within seconds of entering the vault it crashes out. I found that loading up another save file or starting a new vault, then exiting the game and going back in and reloading the problem file that the game will load up.
