I don't think I've seen a single washer and dryer in all of 3 and New Vegas. My experience with the first and second games are very limited, so I can't say for sure there. No laundry rooms, either, or laundromats. Tenpenny Tower didn't even have a laundromat. None of the new settlements have clothes lines or wash buckets/boards lying around. Do they have fabric that never soils?

I remember seeing some in Mick & Ralph's store in New Vegas, but I can't remember any others off hand. Main thing I've always wondered about - and raised here previously - is why all the clocks in Fallout 3/ New Vegas show a time of 9:50?

It's when it hit on the east coast. New Vegas simply reused the objects. I mean Nevada's a different timezone.
