World Space became an Interior space

Hello,

I have been working on a mod in the Geck for Fallout New Vegas now for about 3 weeks and have found a strange problem. I had been editing the North Vegas area, simply editing a single world space, I also browsed around some of the wasteland in the Geck and some how GECK made these spaces interior cells and I didn't know, so I saved it.

Basically, when I view these cells in the list of cells, they show up under the world spaces tab, but where it shows what kind of cells they are, they show up as Interior cells. When I view them in geck, everything in that World space was basically moved into interior cells, so there's no ground or weather effects (weather effects Im not sure about).

In game if I go to where these world spaces are, I can still see whats there but if I step into the space, the game will crash. It also crashes in many other areas now too that it didn't before (with this mod on).

I have had LOTS of experience with the Geck and the TES:CS and have no clue what has happened here. I feel like I may be victim of a terrible GECK bug, but I dont want to lose 25 hours of work for this.

I really just want some help understanding why this might have happened and how I might be able to revert it because it really broke my game.

I appreciate any help.

I have never heard of this before, very strange.

I would fall back on your backups (make sure to check the Data\Backup folder, the GECK keeps its backups there).

If you also use Fo3/FNVEdit, it will make backups in your Data\ directory as well.

I don't recommend that you continue using that mod file, as your mod file could have major corruption in it.

Very strange indeed.
