Well...Considering I seem to have a problem keeping up with the one I am in, probably no. But I'm sure if I just used an ounce of effort, I could easily keep up, so I'll considerate it.

It is considered bad forum etiquette to begin and then drop several RPs in a row. All those other RPers invested themselves in "the game" and you then walked away from it.

Try to stick with one idea for a while and flesh it out. The effort will pay off

A quick couple questions, what is our side arm? Standard issue for the U.S military at this is N99 10mm Pistol, so what is Germany's?

The armor, are you sure it would be like that? Or keeping up with Fallout's lore, some type of combat armor.

Energy weapons, while not massed produced, were being brought into production, will we ever see any?

Fuel was a very valuable resource at this point, alternative sources of energy were being developed. So I would suspect that military vehicles would be limited, and that maybe proto-type vehicles were being developed.

Power armor would be a big turning point in the war, will we ever see that?

Lastly, and most important, why the hell are we all Riflemen? With bolt-action rifles?

Yah really, this is intersting but what teh hell is with the WWII gear in 2060, I mean really, they have 500,000 in their army in a world of over population and we are using Kar98 bolt action rifles, from 1942, could we not at least use teh Gewehr 43.

While I may not have the most faith that this will last and I have a feeling that if I make a character sheet it will just go to waste. It sounds interesting. so if you actually think you can stick with this RP I'll join no matter what.

Okay, but are you sure you want everyone to be a Rifleman? I take it that your going to be the leader, but what about the Grenadier, Automatic Rifleman(like a SAW), a medic, etc.

This is very true, trust me when I first started out I did the same thing and got a ton of hate from some other RPers because of it. But I have improved drastically now.

You know what, despite the fact I really only want to focus on the Capital Wasteland I will join this, but only because I am German .

Before you start this RP, I want to present some research I've done, courtesy of Fallout wiki. Note: I am assuming you are following Fallout mythology.

Based on your guidelines for the RP, there are several pre-War firearm manufacturers in and around Germany in the setting timeline.

And that’s just around Germany. There’s Beretta(Italy), FN Herstal(Belgium), Franchi(Italy), and SIG-Sauer(Switzerland and Germany) in the region.

The point I’m trying to make is that German soldiers would have access to all the weapons these companies manufactured; the wiki also states that the German army was equipped with Gauss weaponry. So, assuming you are sticking to Fallout lore, it doesn’t make sense that we would be limited to WWII-era weapons. Unless, you are going to state how all the advanced weapons were somehow destroyed, leaving only the antiques. Even then, it would not seem believable, as you can find 100-year old firearms and ammo ingame that survived the nuclear finale (i.e. the service rifle and "This Machine", which I'm fairly sure is the M1 Garand).

I also have concerns regarding the guidelines you set; again, I am assuming you are following Fallout lore. It does not make sense that the UK is “one of the mightiest countries in the world”, because the UK was part of the European Commonwealth, which is structured like the EU but functioned like the US. So, the UK would be similar to a US state rather than Imperial Britain; they would not have Egypt and India. There are other things as well, such as why the US would use the imported FN FAL when they had the homegrown Service Rifle.

Overall point: if you are going to RP this setting, please try to follow Fallout mythology.

Unless, you are creating an alternate reality of the Fallout universe. Then, please disregard the previous entry. ^_^

It's alternate. In this fallout history, only the Prime countries get all the goodies (Gauss things, lasers, etc etc etc)

UK is basically its own country, as is Germany, since Germany basically has most of the EC in its conquered list.
