Where can I find this? I checked the usual suspects and didn't find it listed.

Not mine, but pretty sure that http://www.false-horizon.com/tmp/Morrowind%202005-11-08%2001-33-22-93.jpg was one of the heads in it.

edit - checked Google for Gary Noonan aka Wormgod and the above link is the only headpack it turned up.
As far as I'm aware he now works for Bethesda.
Perhaps a begging letter to the admin staff may help you get in touch with him?

All I can say is that it was old... probably released around 2003/2004.

I suppose if nothing else I can go through the above in the CS and pull out what I want (if it's included,) but I do remember that it was definitely just a resource, not a replacer.
