Worst movie EVER

Hey! How dare you insult FernGully! The idea of a lumberjack becoming a faery by accident, becoming one with their people and realizing what the humans are doing is wrong, then he destroys the big machine but it takes out a lot of their land first.. In the end everything works out.

Wait... you weren't talking about http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0104254/ The cute and still fun to watch animated film from the 90's were you? Yeah, you were talking about Avatar. That movie that blew me away visually in theatre but when I watched it at home I literally couldn't finish it.

All sarcasm aside I payed $20 to see Avatar in theatre and did not regret a cent. From a visual stand point it's pretty fantastic. But if you don't have a theatre in your home... Well, it is terrible.

Recently I would have to go with ~ Resident Evil afterlife

Love the whole post apocalyptic/zombie/virus/survival thing, but man that movie was garbage.

Baby Geniuses
Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2
Dungeons and Dragons
A Troll in Central Park
Battlefield Earth
Ghost Rider

Well, I haven't seen it but Im gonna vote for the Facebook movie being the worst ever. I don't see the point of wasting 2+ hours just to see that the owner of Facebook is a thief and a dike.

wat

The Social Network was brilliant. Oh, wait . . .

I haven't seen it

That explains it.

I hear from people at Uni that The Social Network is amazing by the way, I have yet to see it so I won't comment on it myself yet.

I'd say it's worth seeing, but I wasn't much of a big fan... the only real problem I had with it was that it was trying far too hard to make the viewer hate Mark Zuckerberg, and because of that I found it hard to take it seriously. I hate non-fiction movies that have such a clear bias against the person who's story they're trying to tell. Now don't get me wrong, I know Mark Zuckerberg is quite the jerk, but this movie was trying to shove that fact down your throat so much that it was a detriment to my enjoyment of the rest of the movie.

Leperchaun....holy damn that was awful..

It wasn't even a comedy of errors like Commando or Plan 9 from Outer Space. Those are so bad that they're funny, but Leperchaun was just....bad.

Did you actually watch it? It's a GREAT movie.

I agree with The Happening, and also I give a vote to The Love Guru *shudders*

The Room

Some people actually like watching it because it's so horrible, but I hate it and don't understand that mentality. It's just pure crap that deserves to be permanently and universally banned and them have all copies of it incinerated once on earth and then shipped to the sun in a space vehicle to be incinerated by the sun.

I guess you just don't have what it takes to understand Tommy Wiseau's art.

My only problem with The Room is that:

A. Tommy Wiseau is a copyright nazi who took down the Nostalgia Critic's review of it (and a few reviews from other people) because it didn't subscribe to the general view of the internet (that The Room was supposed to be funny). The movie was not supposed to be funny, and Tommy is a horrible actor, and this review damaged his VERY unfairly earned "good image."

B. Tommy Wiseau fooled the internet into thinking his movie was supposed to be bad, and earned positive fame when it was completely undeserved.

Other than that, The Room is very funny, I just wish people didn't think it was supposed to be funny.

Who is that guy, anyway? I know he's the star of that movie, but who is he other than that?

Other than that, he's no one.

And I don't really think he fooled the internet into thinking it was supposed to be funny. I've never really seen anyone think that, and maybe if it was it was kind of, "Ooookay, whatever you say Tommy."

EDIT: Or sarcasm about him being a genius and stuffs.

Nah, whenever he shows up at conventions like Comic Con people are always excited to see him and ask him questions, as if they're seeing an actual actor or something. He gets waaaay more positive attention than he deserves.

I enjoyed "The Happening". Oh well, I can see why someone wouldn't.

I'll have to say James Cameron's Avatar. It was hyped to be the most amazing thing ever, and turned out to be dumbed-down Sci-Fi with a paper-thin allegory and terrible acting/ physics (giant arrows piercing gunship windows? Really?). Basically Fern Gulley: The Last Rainforest with giant thundercat-smurf hybrids that fight off space marines via ponytail bestiality. Ugh.

Shoot em' up.

I swear this is one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

At first it sounded kind of exciting, a guy has to help a lady give birth in a big shoot out.
But after the first 20 minutes everything just starts to repeat itself. It's just one gunfight after the other and the jokes are repeated over and over. I saw about one half of the movie and then just quit it.

Clockwork Orange...

Is this the same A Clockwork Orange that scored http://www.empireonline.com/500/90.asp, rating even higher than Schindler's List? I can understand if you hated the film, you're perfectly entitled to that opinion. But a genuine classic like A Clockwork Orange can't really be considered a bad movie, let alone one of the worst ever.

I've got a film called "Tiptoes", and it's one of the few films I had to turn off it was that bad. Can't exactly remember the plot, but it's got Matthew McConaughey and Kate Beckinsdale in it, and Gary Oldman playing a midget/dwarf/little person (whatever is the PC version is). Thing is, there are other, actual midgets/drawves/little people in the film, and Oldman has just put shoes on his knees, which looks odd and out of proportion. Bizarre.
