I honestly don't get why we can't wear two rings anymore, we have two hands! Hell if it where realistic we could wear 10 rings.

I really miss being able to wear clothes in conjunction with armor.

I honestly couldn't care much less about the rest of it.

More items is good. One ring limit is insane, if a mod comes out for that I will use it. I don't miss the silly skills they removed though, and I think the perks go ten times farther as far as character customization than the previous systems.

Really ... you can see how the majority of people here ( and probably even the ones that are actuallly liking skyrim a lot ) woudl lik ethose morrowind features back?
I dunno why the devs then do not listen to those requests....

Too many ring slots would make the game a hell of a lot easier I think. For example, I currently have a ring that increases my health by 20 points and it's cheap. If the ring slots were raised to 10 (the amount of fingers) then I could have up to 200 extra health!

I also dislike how you spelt would wrong in every question. :P

I absolutely would love capes/cloaks and more jewellery, I'd also like more armour slots like we used to have.

Especially cloaks though, one of the more minor reasons I don't use third-person is because my heavy armour guy's bare back looks boring.

I voted "no" to jumping and run speed though, I think having stamina-fuelled sprinting is fine and different armour weights slow you down and drain your stamina differently as you would expect. I never understood the acrobatics skill at all, except maybe for some fall damage survivability (to a limit).

If you answered to the most as yes then you prefer the morrowind system , if you answered no then you prefer the skyrim simplification ...

Not voting yes = Not an Elder Scrolls fan.

Why must people be so irritating when it comes to personal preference.

I won't say no to more, but to insinuate anything beyond hat is ludicrous and ridiculously pretentious.

Capes would be pretty cool. Especially if they flapped in the wind when you ran, and a full blown Dracula one for vampires who wanted one

The one ring (lol, LOTR everytime) limit for Skyrim is poor, bring back more magic ring wearing and the ability to wear armour AND clothing would be nice aesthetically.

Many more different armour types would be good too, perhaps with the option of customising it eg change colour, add personal designs like you can now add war paint and tatoos. Dyes for clothing and armour also would be a fun extra.

To me the game shoudl have 4 layers of dressing up :

1 loincloth

2 clothes , tunics , coats

3 armours , allkind

4 overcoats , capes , cloacks

I thought with a faction called the stormcloaks, I'd be getting a cloak from them for sure lol, I was pretty disapointed that all I got was an ebony sword at the end instead.

Actually I took all 4 "Yes", and yes I prefered the way Morrowind handled such things - but both Oblivion and Skyrim are better games. Because for all the little details you could do in Morrowind; it didn't fix the big picture. Sure Morrowind was great when it came out, but as soon as I touched Oblivion I realized how horrible Morrowind had actually been. Did I miss things? Of course I did! Small. Details. Nothing big, and nothing meaningful. All these things you mentioned here in the end have very little, in anything coherent, to do with the game at large.

Oh, and I Don't want Athletics and Acrobatics back. At least not in the way they worked in the previous installments. Also I don't think they would work in Skyrim, as the entire leveling system has been overhauled and skills like Atheltics and Acrobatics which have very little, if anything at all, to do with combat would only help the player level far too rapidly and break the system. So if they are to work then either A: The entire leveling system must be reworked, which would probably be for the worse, OR, B: The Skills themselves must be re imagined from the bottom up. Maybe in the sense to make Athletics more focused on the use of Sprint, and maybe even merge Acrobatics into Athletics and divide them via perks. Perks = Good. Redundant skills = Bad.

So if Bethesda can do it, I would want them to. But not if it meant changing focus away from making Skyrim better in its core; and it still need some work on to function as intended. Now if you're posting this not for Bethesda, then I assume it's for the modders in which case this is in the wrong forum section and if not that either then you're whining that they didn't make Morrowind 2: The Return of Cliff Racers - in which case you really need to alter your topic title. Also you misspelled it, but since you're a troll I assume that was sort of the point, wasn't it?

There are some things in Skyrim that I really like , the alchemy got a ton of elements toplay with , the crafting is a new thing that is really nice but so far is implemented very simplicistically and woudl need a better improvement as I posted in another thread ... the enchanting is pretty basic I think would be cooler to be able to enchant gemstones like the severall you find around and incastonate them in the weapons or armours so to viasually have another graphical add on .. .woudl look and feel better to me so you are limited no more by the kind of armour butby the gemstone used ...

I really prefer how combat is managed in skyrim , more dyynamic but I actually not remember how was in morrowind or oblivion like ot make a big comparison ... I don't like how they reduced the skills and removed the attributes I think they shoud be placed back and actually imroved and increased... I am all for a perk system but something more like this :

attributes

skills

perks ... with magicka , health and stamina as derivative influenced by attributes and other things ...

have back also the zodiac sign would be nice , as for the classes I do not miss much them but woudl be nice to have a recognition by the people around you when you are developing your character , in something that just goes beyond mage , warrior or thief but even shaedes like call yu warlock , templar , barbarian etc etc ....
