I've merged the recently released Streamline 311 and the original Streamline 3.1. So, in addition to all the features of Streamline 3.1, it also has the combat FPS increaser. I've made some tweaks to the scripts to boost FPS even more than Streamline 311. It is also more configurable via the .ini and an in-game menu. A big caveat is that you cannot use Streamsmoothing at the same time as "Fightsmoothing" (the new feature). So this would be of interest to people who use Oblivion Stutter Remover and disable Streamsmoothing (me - which is why I made it).

It's not 100% finished yet; there are a few things I need to do (which will be finished tonight -- so no big delay). I also have to get permission from the authors of the original and the modified versions of Streamline.

So I'm just curious if anybody would be interested. I hadn't planned on releasing it (like all my mods), but after seeing the response to Streamline 311, I figured I may as well inquire about it.
