Hi, I'm the author of http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1366563-relz-unique-region-names/. It's a somewhat popular mod, which I'm too incompetent and embarassed to support. I'm fed up with working on this, but I don't want to leave it behind in this state, so would someone else like to take over development of URN and bring it to near-perfection? Or, alternatively, make your own mod that supercedes mine? I'll tell you everything I know about regions.
