I like playing vampires lords or werewolves but hate the cooldown on werewolves and the non looting/fast travel options

What if they had gone old school in addition to current. This is not a dlc request just wondering if this could have improved the experience

Gave vampires. The bat face and limited. Lord abilities but able to claw/bat travel
