Would this character build work?

Strange idea but I've thought of starting a character based on the Grammaton Cleric from Equilibrium ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equilibrium_(film) ) the ones who are charged with eliminating all Sense Offenders, on the basis that emotion has caused all previous wars and must be eliminated to allow peace in the future. Main reason I want to check if this would work is the roleplaying ideas:

Build would be:

Strength 7
Perception 8
Endurance 8
Charisma 1
Intelligence 6
Agility 9
Luck 1

Tags: Small Guns, Unarmed, Melee

Roleplaying Ideas:

(1.). Never select a dialogue option which expresses any emotion
(2.). If an NPC uses dialogue which expresses emotion ("I like you", "I'm scared" etc) they must be killed as a Sense Offender
(3.). Use a drug regularly (probably Psycho as that's injected) with the aim of being addicted.

I'm not sure whether this would work or whether I'd end up trying to kill everybody - although maybe that would make sense from an RP perspective... Any thoughts?

It sounds a bit messed up roleplay wise. Build wise it looks ok. You need more charisma or you will end up paying for things or killing people as your only resort.

If you really were going to express no emotion and kill all people who say emotional things you would end up killing everyone but raiders.
And that only if you did not count anger and agression as emotional responses.

Every single person has a emotional response.
Every single npc in the game.

Your game will be very short.
Because youll end up killing your father too. Or trying to.
Also you can't kill children in the game. And they have emotional responses.

You won't even be able to talk to slavers.

And don't even try The Pitt. They force sentimentality and emotion on you there with the dialogue choices. There literally is'nt a a evil or none emotional option sometimes.

I don't think it will work.

Didn't think so, shame I liked the idea but practically it's hard to implement.

I think he would even end up killing all the raiders. There is emotion in their voice when they say the "hell yeah" line. ;)

The only things safe from him would be sentry bots, protectons, feral ghouls, animals. Oh, and the aliens in MZ. I don't know about the Chinese in OA, since I don't speak that language.

And most of the rest (ghouls, animals etc) will attack him anyway. I might give it a try, just to see how far I get before it becomes impossible.
