I am thinking of making some huge humanoid creature that would weild it, Even thougth of making somthing called a Dwemer Behemoth (the Bolts that hold the blade tot he hilt remind me of Dwemer) and Texturing with Dwemer style metal.

What are your thoughts/Ideas?

It's your game. Put whatever you want into it.

To me, it look more like something an Orc would use, as opposed to Dwemer.

Mabye I can make some type of Orcish Atranoch Or Orcish Giant.

It reminds me of the angular swords the orcs in the LOTR films use. With the right textures it could probably look right in anybody's hands, but a Dwemer erm... thing is a safe bet.
