Would this laptop run Morrowind at consistent 60FPS with all the latest graphic upgrades and all MGE shaders etc..?

I don't know about 60fps, my 970 struggles with a lot of mods and averages 45 or so. But that laptop should do well with it.

Consistent 60fps with Distant Land and shaders, etc... I don't think any computer can do that

Yeah, a heavily modded morrowind will make even a beefy computer sweat quite a bit. I've brought my 3570k @ 4.2ghz and 970 rig to its knees with it before narrowing out some mods.
