No conflict, and no interaction. That mod only affects vanilla creatures.

I'd say there is a conflict. But it should be addressed by merging leveled lists. I'm not familiar enough with Creatures to know if it affects vanilla creatures extensively, but I know it touches those leveled lists and might even tweak the levels at which some vanilla creatures spawn.

Good point, I didn't think of that.

I know it can be done with http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes3Mod:TESTool. But I think it can also be done with tes3cmd. Please, someone else elaborate. I have not actually played the game in a while so I don't remember the best way to do this. :P

If you use Wrye Mash, there should be an esp that comes with the Wrye Mash download called "mashed lists.esp." You want to move this into your Data Files folder.

Then, in Wrye Mash, click all the mods you want to load in your game, including "mashed lists.esp." Then after that is done, right click on "mashed lists.esp" and click "import merged lists."

Make sure the "mashed lists.esp" remains checked and then play the game. Your lists should now be merged.
