Are you asking us what settings to use with your laptop or if you should buy a laptop at all? Can you refine your question please?

If you have a laptop that can run the game well, then sure why not?

If you have deep pockets, there are gaming laptops more than capable of running Crysis 3 nicely. But most mainstream laptops struggle with it.

all depends on ur laptop specs or ur budget for one.

top of the range alienware laptops are probably good for 150+fps on c3 mp(1080p, low, no aa) but also very expensive. http://www.dell.com/au/p/alienware-18/fs

u can probably get decent fps on mid range gaming laptops if u run at low res/settings, i.e. 720p, low, no aa, with cvar.

try to get one with 760m or better if u can find one within ur budget. should be able play 720p, low, no aa with 760m.
760m = ~20% slower than gtx560ti, http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-760M.92068.0.html
780m sli = ~30% faster than gtx680, http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-780M-SLI.93346.0.html
