Would you like every single one to have a way up (even if you have to find it), or some are simply too steep, dangerous, etc. to climb?

Realistically, not every mountain is going to have a path up it.

While climbing animations would be nice for non-magic-users, I can always levitate up wherever I want, so it's not a big deal if a few places aren't reachable by mundane means.

Climbing animations would definitely be nice.I enjoyed playing a character that liked hunting in Oblivion.Climbing mountains they way they are supposed to be climbed would be awesome.

i climbed every mountain in oblivion, or at least the edges, (with shadowmiere of course) don't see how this game can even possibly try to restrict you from trying.

yes, cause non magic users need more stuff at the moment than magic. I tend to find magic is alot better than non magic users, even close up magic users can, I will throw some spell that stuns or have some spell thats powerful with touch. i wouldn't mind being albe to climb if only to say to magic user "yeah you can be a wimpy wuss and fly up, but truely powerful people, climb." Gotta be equal about your game play here or alot of people will just go magic because its easy to use. When i get skyrim I will make a female nord which will never use magic or even scrolls, Shouts are gonna be a no go unless needed in quests. Gonna use a sword and shield and take on this crazy magic loving world
