Would you prefer more interesting More fun enemies?

Skyrim's list of enemies was hugely dissapointing to me. Would you agree?

We had Human warriors
We had Mages.
We had draugr, Who act almost precisely like Human warriors. Skelletons were Simply impossibly weak draugr. Falmer are Similar.
We had dragon priests
We had dragons.
We had Bears and Big cats who both acted the same
We had Wolves. Which were weak and of no real threat (exluding the ice variety)
Sprigans
Hagravens
Atronach
Charus
Ice Wraiths
Wisp mothers- Who are exceptionally rare and are probably the most interesting thing to fight.
Trolls.
Giants
Dwemer Robots

Artistically we've got an awful pallet. Draugr are not Scary or interesting. Ghosts aren't the floating spectral Skeletons in cloaks that Morrowind Nailed well. The variety of Daedra is so Small that it's almost treasonous- There aren't even scamps or daedroth! plus where have all the creatures from Bloodmoon gone?
Dragons are Stupid in that Old Text on dragons state that there are two different species (red and black) Yet we have A range of spikes, Fins, Horns and colours. The Most friendly dragon in the game is green with blue eyes whilst the most evil is black and very spikey and has glowing red eyes (Cliche much?) . Secondly you don't hear them shout much to use magic.

Furthermore All of these Simply either ran up to you and used a Mellee attack or a used a distance attack from a distance. Dragons Don't follow this rule so much, but aren't entirely free of it. Yet this problem has been Present in every Elder scrolls game i have played.

Compare this to say... Monster hunter (which contains some of the most annoying enemies in existence, but still has some good ideas)

- Boar engage in Boar charges which can knock you down. But you can Dodge them easily.
- Gorrilla Enemies can jump around you.
- Many enemies Elect to Jump ON you.
- Most enemies have predictable but hard-hitting attacks that allow you evade or prepare to block and get in for some good hits.
- Some attacks are unblockable and need to be dodged, others aren't evadable and need to be blocked.
- Enemies can Shout loudly and force you to cover your ears.
- large Monsters (especially with tails) can Spin around to knock you
- When jumping or flying or landing a gust of wind pushes you away from the spot. Some have Even worse escape mechanisms- They might Shoot a fireball where they were when they jump, One massive wyvern would Do a back flip and hit you with a poison tail. One creature Makes itself Electrified For massive damage on touch.
- You can be paralysed. Where is that in Skyrim?
- Some enemies might sidestep into you to knock you way from their flank.
- Some Creatures had attacks that Put a temporary effect around them (electricity, Gas) that you would wait for it to pass. (and Flee out of range when it's coming)
- Some creatures Hide or flee under the sand/snow. They Might also emerge in an attack (from underneath) or pop out for an attack and then go back under. One enemy Switched between water and land often. One enemy Even used Lava!

Furthermore.. Look at what People could do in the later assassins creed games other than block, attack and power attack
- Some were agile and could chase you.
- grab
- Countergrab
- Kicking
- Counter-attack
- Counter Counter attack
- Encircle
- Throw stones (especially When they couldn't get to you because you were climbing. This would help balance Levitation)
- Use spears, Spears were also throwable
- Trip you
- I think they could disarm you. You could certainly disarm them.
- Dodge
- Mellee people came in different flavours (Noob, Standard, Leader, Elite , Spear , Heavy, agile, horseman) That were all distinct in the way they were to be fought. Skyrim, oblivion and Morrowind Dont Even have This Variety when there is magic is accounted for! They have Ranged enemy , Attack me enemy and Enemy who you run away from whilst attacking because he hits hard and has a lot of health!

But This thread is about two Things

1: should Bethesda be more adventurous with their design for.. If so then how much?
A: creatures
B: Daedra
C: Monsters

2: Should Bethesda..
a: Provide more spells
b: Give Enemies more abilities rather than more health and damage.
