Would you still buy fallout 4 if they took out third person

Post » Thu Nov 26, 2015 9:35 pm

Just as the title says. Would you still buy it if they took out third person view. For me I enjoy both first and third person view, but if they took it out I would be a little upset because I like looking at my character when playing an rpg.

I would be disapointed as I like to look at my characters outfits some times, and for role play reasons.

I like 3rd person, Khajiit would be sad if they removed this.

I always prefer 1st person. Makes me feel much more engaged in the action... even though third person makes things easier.

I can't stand FPP gameplay so it'd probably make the game near unplayable for me if they removed TPP.

I'd be disappointed at not being able to look at my character when I wanted, but it wouldn't be a deal breaker.

Taking out first person would be a deal breaker. Lack of first person perspective is the reason I won't be fooling with that Witchie game everyone is buzzing about.

I would not buy it. I don't buy or play any 1st-person games.

I'd be disappointed too. I like looking at my character in the latest gear. Especially since I can take some nice screenshots of him in action or standing idle with weapon drawn.

I play 99.9% in First Person so it would not bother me. I would still like 3rd person view in the game since I know there are a lot of people that like to play in that mode. I do not think it will be removed

Yes. But I would be sad I couldn't view my character.

Don't really care about how gear looks.

I switch back and forth based on need. It they made a change to prevent that, I would adapt.

I only really use it to peek around corners and the like. No issue for me if they remove it. Though, I hope the people the enjoy it are able to use it this go around.

Not being able to check out my characters sweet ass outfit would be kinda disappointing, but I would probably still buy the game, I usually play in first person anyways.

While I spend most of the time in 1st-person, the removal of 3rd-person would be one of the few deal-breakers for me.

I didn't purchase FO3 until the GOTY because I thought it was FP only. It wasn't until someone told me it was both, that I bought the game. If is was only FP, I would not buy it.

I say that... however, I did try out Planetside 2 from a friend's influence. I no longer play that game.

I would buy it if they removed third person. If they removed first person, however, I wouldn't.

I like to look at my character sometimes. If they took out third person, I would need a dressing room with mirrors in the PC's house to make up for it. When is the last time Bethesda put functioning mirrors in their games? Mirrors seem to be a thing video games have a hard time with.

The perspective is of lesser concern to me as long as the overall gameplay strives towards and delivers the right kind of experience to as great a degree as possible. If it's the "wrong" direction it's going, no perspective can save it.

I always play Beth games in 1st person anyway unless you have to use 3rd like horse riding in Skyrim, so it wouldn't bother me, but it's not going to be taken out anyway as having both is better than just one view.

I would be upset, but would I be upset enough not to buy it? No, why? Because MODS!

Definitely. The only thing I choose in character creation is gender, and that is just for injury/attack sounds (and dialog if that is actually a thing this time). I could care less how I look, I'm playing the game as the character, not a floating camera following them for inexplicable reasons.
