ok so i've installed and got wrye bash and boss running im in the process of moving my mods into the Oblivion Mods folder i was reading the read-me on a couple and its was giving instructions on moving all the .nif, .dds, mp3 files to there appropriate places in the data file, so my question is do i still need to do this or since im using wyre bash do i just need to move the .esm and .esp files?

I think you are asking if Wrye Bash will properly place meshes and textures. It will IF they are in the appropriate 'Data\meshes' and 'Data\textures' folders. Even the 'Data' folder part of the path is not required if the sub-folders are in a '00 Core' folder. The simple check if a file is 'Bash compatible' is the color of the check box. Only grey color are unrecognized package structures. If you right-click on a file in BAIN, you can use the 'List Structure' context menu option to see how the mod's folder structure is organized.

If the files happen to be loose, you can repackage it with the appropriate folder structure yourself. But all the mods I've seen have the meshes and textures in the correct sub folders.

If you're installing a mod with BAIN (part of Bash) then it will install esp's, and any assets such as meshes, textures, sounds, etc. Then you check the esp in the Mods tab of Wyre Bash.

If you're installing manually, you must move the esp and any assets such as meshes, textures, sounds, etc to the Data folder of your install. Then you check the esp in the Mods tab of Wrye Bash.

Have you read the manual for Bash yet?

You might want to start there.

You might want to try downloading and reading the 'http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35230'. Even experienced Bash users have found it helpful. Install texture and mesh mods just like any other with BAIN.
