Hi guys, I've decided to delete my old .ini file as I had a lot of tweaks there that seemingly were the cause of my crashes all along. But I can't even go to any exterior cell without getting the dreaded message "You cannot go that way. Turn back." The game has already generated a new .ini file so I went to Wrye Bash to try to disable Border Regions but I can't as it is an "invalid tweak".

Help would be appreciated

For disabling borders, I just do it manually and don't try to use Wrye Bash. It doesn't really answer your question, but that's one tweak you don't need.

If you want to do it manually, it's just:

bBorderRegionsEnabled=0
