My question is the setting for the bash, basically, I have checked every single option ion the bash settings for which there are tags, so import graphics, actors, animations, factions, animations, etc. etc, etc

Is that the right thing to do?

I recommend you take out DLC Spelltomes as they don't fit into ROM magic system (it is in the manual).

Also take out MMM Runeskulls as that is not balanced for ROM magic.

You can leave those in if you want, won't hurt anything, it is just that they don't fit very well with ROM.
