[relz] Wrye Bash

Hey all, semi cross post here from the BAIN install thread. I'll keep it short.

I was having issues today with loading my mods into the BAIN installer tab. Everything was pointing to the right place and everything was in the right place, etc. Also, I am running Win 7 Pro 64bit.
Talked with Tomlong for the last few hours in that thread and got to the point where I just uninstalled my vanilla GOTY totally. Here's where I am now:
1) Uninstalled Oblivion, deleted relevant folders, ran CCleaner just in case
2) Installed GOTY to D:\Games (it's just a separate partition on my main HDD
3) Ran through Tom's BAIN megaguide until I got to where Bash is configured.
4) Configured the bash.ini to point to my Oblivion Mods folder (located in My Documents on my D partition)
5) Went to open Bash (with the Oblivion Mods folder open) and saw that it placed the two Bash folders into it but Bash never actually loaded.

I can say that prior to this, I have found that if I have a bash.ini in Mopy with my bash_default.ini then Bash will not load; as soon as bash.ini is deleted I can load Bash up.
That's pretty much it. Any advice here?

Use the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1084996-relz-wrye-bash-thread-%2338/ please. This one will be locked soon, I imagine. I've posted a work-around that might help you.
