Sorry for doublepost
I was wondering if Wrye Bash is just used for it's Bashed Patch and most people actually use OBMM?
There was a vote not too long ago, and the majority voted OBMM IIRC, but a substantial minority uses BAIN for installation, at least partly.
If not for what is Wrye Bash then mainly used for?
The main use is its Bashed Patch, which is a wonderful tool, not only for FCOM users. But Wrye Bash has other really helpful features as well, like the best load order list (showing missing masters or mods in wrong order), a list showing the mod load order for any olders save, as way of patching an old save if you later install mods that alters leveling (OOO, etc.). An easy way to switch a plugin between esm and esp (which is necessary for patch makers), etc.
