The AI packs fix corrected the previously reported issue but has created a near opposite issue in Arquen here. The packs from 4C should not be carried forward since that mod is not tagged to do so, unless as before no other mod is making changes. I'm pretty sure this is a corner case but it should make an attempt to be right. 48 has the packs as they should be.

In this case, 4C *IS* tagged to copy face data, but again, it's not making any changes to this NPC, and TIE's changes are getting ignored.

May want to reverse that AI pack change, a whole mess of NPCs are getting blotted out by it that weren't before. On balance if only one NPC is hosed that's not nearly as big a thing as several.
