Weird error here;

My flash was working fine and then all of a sudden yesterday I started getting this error when I launched Wrye Flash from my desktop. When I went into the mopy file and launched it from there it worked fine but today I am getting the error again. I use bash for my Oblivion and Morrowind installs and they work perfectly.
